Your privacy is extremely important to Stumbled ("we", "us") and we are fully committed to providing you with clear and transparent information about how we use your personal information.     Email address We use this as a point of contact for us at Stumbled to contact you. We use this for essential contact only (e.g. account communication, order information, etc). We do not use this contact information for marketing. Email Address will be shared with the Retailer if you contact them directly through the platform via Email
    Delivery address We use this to locate local produce retailers and give this address to the retailers so they can delivery the produce to you. Using this address we retrieve the Latitude and Longitude Coordinates from Google for retailer delivery catchment calculations.
    Payment Details Payment details are sent to our directly to our third-party payment provider. You will be prompted for these details when going through the checkout process. These details are not stored on Stumbled platform/servers and Stumbled employees do not have access to these details.
  3. How we process your data

    Our service is made up of journeys for you as the customer. In the process of these journeys we collect data from you. We have detailed the data we capture below:

    1. Register as a customer

      Types of data:

      1. Identity - we store data to identify you which includes a: valid email address, username and password.
      2. Contact - we used the email address you identified with as our mechanism to contact you.
    2. Set delivery details
      1. Account - we store your delivery address and use that address to retrieve and store Latitude and Longitude coordinates from Google.
    3. Buying produce from a retailer

      Types of data:

      1. Payment - we take payment information from such as Credit/Debit card and registered address. We do not store this ourselves. We send this payment information to our payment partner for processing.
      2. Order - we store information about your order and share that with the retailer you are making your purchase from. We retain your order history that you can access from the app.
  4. Your rights in respect to your data

    Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. These include the right to:

    1. Request access to your personal data.
    2. Request for your personal data to be erased.
    3. Object to processing of your personal data.
    4. Request correction of your personal data.
    5. Request transfer of your personal data.
    6. Request restriction of processing your personal data.
    7. Right to withdraw consent.

    You will have access to view and amend the majority of your data through the account section in the mobile. If, however, you do not have access through the account section, you can contact us our Data Protection Officer: dpo@ecomni.co.uk who will aim assist you with all data enquires. You can also contact our Data Protection Officer for data erasure.

    1. After consenting to us using your data as described in this policy, we will retain your personal data only as necessary to provide the services to which you have subscribed or where we have another legitimate and lawful reason to do so.
    2. You can contact us at anytime to remove your personal data or delete your account. However, we main retain some of your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil legitimate business activities including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations

    1. Some local retailers we partner with may have their own sites. We cannot take responsibility for their privacy policies and their data processing standards even if you accessed their site from our platform. We recommend that you check the privacy policy of any Retailer site you access from our platform.
    2. If you linked to our site from a third-party we cannot take responsibility for that third-party policy and standards. We recommend that you review the third-party policy and contact their owner or operator if you have any queries.
    3. This website and our app may include links to third-party sites. Clicking on these these may allow third parties to collect a share information about you.
